Stages of preparing a steel structure project:
- Preliminary Project Meeting:
- Determine customer needs and requirements.
- Define the general objectives of the project, its intended use, and design preferences.
- Preliminary Project Preparation:
- Obtain the architectural project from the customer.
- Based on the architectural project, prepare a preliminary project according to the intended use of the structure and structural loads.
- Load Calculations and Analysis:
- Determine structure loads (dead loads, live loads, snow loads, crane loads, seismic loads, etc.).
- Define the purpose of the structure.
- Determine the steel structure system.
- Perform structural analyses in compliance with regulations (finite element analysis).
- Steel Structure Application Project Preparation:
- Determine the steel structure using computer-aided engineering programs.
- Prepare a static calculation report.
- Prepare detailed drawings for the implementation project.
